- Jeff Slades luck has run out. A maverick detective working close to the edge, his latest case goes badly wrong and he is suspended. After hours, she dedicates her time to the search for her father, a quantum physicist who went missing during an experiment concerned with time. Can she help a friend in need? When Slade discovers Holly is using her fathers home-made time machine, hidden in her apartment, to help him solve the case and clear his name, it is the beginning of a rollercoaster ride through the dimensions.
