- Its the end of the school year at Morgan High, and the domineering Principal, Dr. Leslie Gordon (Michael Chiklis) has suddenly instituted a zero-tolerance crusade against his bitter enemymarijuana. A mandatory drug test for all students is to be administered on the last day of school, failure of which will result in immediate expulsion. Normally, this would be of no consequence to student Henry Burke (Matt Bush), except he just tried ganga for the very first time, so traces of the substance are definitley going to be found. With his scholarship about to go up in smoke, he teams up with reckless weed head Travis Breaux (Sean Marquette) to do the only thing that can neutralize the threat and that's to get the entire school stoned. Covertly "borrowing" a generous supply of scientifically home-grown dope from the dangerous and perpetually high drug dealer Psycho Ed (Adrien Brody), the boys infiltrate the school bake sale with their laced brownies and soon the entire school is unexpectedly caught up in the chaos!
