Standard Mail

Standard delivery for orders is via Regular Mail. Delivery through this service can take between 3-10 working days depending on your location. Whilst this delivery service is generally very reliable, it is not unusual for some items to become delayed within the postal system. Should you experience significant delays, we ask that you check thoroughly with your local post office for your parcel.

All orders received by 12:00pm E.S.T Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 12:00pm will be shipped on the following business day.

Please note: Sometimes it is necessary to split your order into multiple shipments, if this occurs you will receive multiple parcels. Your shipping quote takes this into consideration, and no additional charges are applied.

International - Airmail

International orders will be shipped by Air Mail with delivery times averaging between 21-28 days.

NB: Bulky items cannot be delivered internationally.
